If you own a business looking after babies, toddlers or young children it can be challenging to find cover when your staff are off work, especially at short notice.
Apart from being able to find someone who is available, It’s vitally important that whoever steps in, understands how you work and how you want the service to be delivered, whilst also having the correct qualifications and training.
Freedom Childcare can take the hassle out of finding supply cover for your nursery, pre-school, creche or school so when a staff member calls in sick, you can be confident that you will have a suitable replacement at short notice.
Our team can cover one off bookings for sickness or training days but also longer-term requirements such as maternity cover, long term sickness cover and gap filling for recruitment delays.
We have been supplying cover at various settings for the past 20 years. Our staff are fully qualified and trained so they can hit the ground running as soon as they arrive. They will work with you to deliver childcare in line with your ethos and we can provide services for a minimum of 3 hours.
We cover the following areas: Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.
Freedom will ensure your staffing needs are met so the member of staff we allocate will have the appropriate qualifications and experience.
