At Freedom, we do things a little differently. We don’t expect you to pick the right nanny out of a pile of CVs and we take the time to get to know you and your children so we can suggest candidates who can fit into your lives. We appreciate that one size doesn’t fit all and we know that your child’s happiness has to be the top priority. We’ll find out your priorities and the things that matter most to you and we’ll never send you options which aren’t appropriate.
We have vetting in place so you know your children will be in good hands and you don’t have to carry out time-consuming checks yourself. The company has been established since 2001 and we have the experience and knowhow to make the process go smoothly.

Freedom can offer additional training and support for your nanny throughout their career with you, ensuring she has the most up to date knowledge and you have peace of mind.
Once you recruit a nanny with us, you’ll also get access to our flexi nanny service (saving over £100 on registration) so we can arrange cover if your nanny is sick or on holiday.Â
