Freedom can offer opportunities to build confidence, develop skills and understand different areas of work with children, young people and families.
More than one route
Freedom Childcare is part of the wider Freedom Group. This means there may also be opportunities to work across other areas of the organisation, including support work, respite, mentoring, Family Time, education support and community-based services. Some people join us for childcare work and later discover other areas of the organisation that interest them. Others work across more than one department, building a wider range of skills and experience. If you are interested in both childcare and support/education work, you can tell us this when you register your interest.
“Freedom has given me the chance to work flexibly while doing a job I love.”
“The office team are supportive, friendly and always there when I need them.”
“I enjoy the variety — every role is different, and I feel valued as part of the team.”
