FAQ

Questions we’ve been asked

What geographical areas do you cover?

All our services are available throughout Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset, Surrey and the Isle of Wight. Our Mobile Crèche, Event Childcare, Wedding Day Childcare and Nanny Recruitment services are all national services.

What makes Freedom Childcare unique?

At Freedom we employ all our staff directly so they are all interviewed in person and have detailed inductions covering our policies and procedures. Freedom Staff wear our own branded uniform and carry photographic identification. Our staff are monitored and receive regular training and development opportunities. Similarly, we meet all our families and clients to discuss their needs and requirements. Only by meeting both our clients and staff can we understand how to match them successfully.  We have staff that have worked for us for many years and pride ourselves on our friendly can-do attitude!

How can I pay for your services?

We accept all credit cards (except AMEX), cash, cheque, BACS, Standing Orders and childcare vouchers.

Do you offer any discounts on your services?

At Freedom Care, we are proud to support those who dedicate their lives to serving our community. That’s why we’re delighted to offer an exclusive discount for Blue Light Card holders, including NHS and Defence workers. Enjoy half-price registration, and 10% off our our range of services, as our way of saying thank you for all that you do.

Please talk to our team about discounts at the time of booking.
