17 Feb Cure for Peanut Allergy?
Scientists in Australia may have found a cure for peanut allergy. A study based in Melbourne had an 82% success rate when a group of children were given probiotics and peanut protein over an 18 month period. Lead researcher Professor Mimi Tang said the results are extremely exciting as they could potentially provide an effective treatment for food allergies, but warned parents NOT to try the treatment at home!
