It is essential as parents you get time out from family responsibilities and have local support available. Our babysitters are childcare professionals and will ensure your children are settled for the evening and that you return to a tidy environment. All Freedom staff are employed by us ensuring we can set the standard acceptable to our clients and us.

Our membership scheme ensures availability and enables regular users to access preferential rates.

Our premier membership enables you to access booking on line, parents forum, sell your unwanted child related items, to down load various activity sheets, take advantage of our special promotions with restaurants and hotels and read our newsletter.

We can also accommodate one off bookings for visitors to the area and work in conjunction with various local hotels.

Babysitting

If your booking covers the afternoon and evening you will pay the flexible nanny rate up until 7pm then you will be charged the booking fee and reduced hourly rate.

Registration

To ensure we can provide adequate cover and to track our membership it is necessary for us to charge a registration fee. For this fee we visit your permanent /temporary residence to gain details about yourselves and your children, it also covers all admin costs and ensures the safety of our staff.

Payments

Payment for Childcare will be invoiced Monthly, all invoices should be paid on receipt. We accept all major credit cards, a number must be held on file and payment will be taken on the tenth day post invoice if payment by no other means has been received. A minimum booking of 3 hours is required per sitting.

A cancellation fee is also in place. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the amount of hours originally booked. Any bookings cancelled with 3 working days notice will be charged at a 3 hour booking and bookings cancelled after 3 days will be charged at £10.

All baby-sitting payments are to be paid direct to Freedom IOW Ltd. Nannies are not authorised to accept Freedom monies.

Extra costs

Any extra costs incurred for your children, whilst in our care will be passed on at cost +10%. This may include items such as food, refreshments, taxis or any other items necessary for the care of your children. We would encourage all clients to leave emergency/entertainment funds with their Nanny, especially during the day.

The nanny will bring a time sheet with them; this must be signed prior to leaving the children in their care. Any information appertaining to the children or specific instructions should also be detailed on this form to avoid any confusion. When you return back home the sheet should be signed for the hours that have been used. The Nanny is responsible for returning the time sheet to the office.

Staff will also bring praise cards with them. This helps us keep up to date with the staff’s progress and also lets you inform us of how your booking went.

Sleep in Service

This can be offered by arrangement, a price will be given at the time of the booking and may vary dependant on individual requirements and Nannies involved.
