Sandra Farmer
Business Development - I joined Freedom Childcare in January 2006, after spending the previous 21yrs in sales/Business Development.
I started with the trade counter open to the public and then moved on to Business Development with a Telesales person. I helped get new business for the reps to visit and promote our products.

I have spent the last few years as an Account Manager with my own area and accounts. I had to manage and maximize a set target.

I feel my knowledge and experience enables me to promote the unique benefits Freedom are able to offer their clients.

Trainee Childcare Advisor

Since leaving school in 2006, I've developed my experience in primary schools, day care centres & regular babysitting, with the aim to attend college to study Childcare.

Now i have joined the freedom team, I hope to use my experiences to further my childcare career & continue with gaining qualifications.

After 6 years in the hospitality trade earning an advanced modern apprenticeship, NVQ 2 & 3 & attending a variety of courses including licencees, door supervisor & welcome host, I joined the Freedom team in September 2006.

I aim to use my previously developed skills & experience, along with further training & professional development, to excel in providing the level of service & assistance that both our current & prospective clients expect & deserve.

Reccently completed a 24mth NVQ level 3 qualification in Business Admin in 12mths.
