Babysitters and Nannies

Freedom Childcare exercises great care in the selection of all its employees. Childcare staff must be able to demonstrate a level 3 qualification or a minimum of 5 years experience.

All our staff are encouraged to undergo Sure Starts registration for Child carers within the home. To this end we access childcare training to enable our employees to for fill the registration criteria.

In addition, we offer access for training in child protection; health and safety; food hygiene; first aid; behaviour management; and other NVQ courses through qualified agencies.
