When we have families looking for permanent nannies we ensure that the applicants we send them meet their requirements. Similarly we ensure that all candidates are fully informed of the job description and family's expectations. We provide ongoing support

to both parties ensuring our high success rate. As with all our services our clients are met in person to gain the detailed information we require in placing nannies successfully. You will be interviewed by a Freedom representative prior to an interview with the client. If you are successful we will advise you on terms and conditions, salary etc. If you are unsuccessful we can offer you accurate and honest feed back and help with any training requirements or temporary work.
