Whether you are looking for permanent or temporary work or wish to fill in some gaps during your week we can offer you a safe and trusted route. Many nursery nurses, childminders, permanent nannies are also registered with Freedom to earn extra income.

We are currently undergoing the process of ensuring all our staff fulfil the registration requirements for the home careers scheme- (enabling our clients to claim our costs back against family tax credit). All staff without a recognised qualification will be asked to attend a 16 hour Introduction to Childcare Practice Course. Similarly a First Aid certificate is also required.

Our clients are met in person in their home ensuring your safety and peace of mind. Also working for Freedom means you will be fully insured and will gain access to our continuous training. We provide our temporary staff with uniforms, photographic ID, log books and time sheets. We also provide a monthly newsletter and nominate an employee of the month.

Twice a year we all get together and meet for a day /evening out, this is great if you are new to the area our would like the opportunity to meet new friends.
