Vetting

All Freedom Staff undergo our strict vetting procedure. This includes a thorough interview where we ask specific questions relating to their capabilities with children based on safety, child development, nutrition and parental interactions. At this interview we also see proof of identification, certificates of education and any other relevant documentation. We also investigate any gaps in employment.

We also require: A completed medical declaration signed by their GP
A Criminal records check
Two verified references
A completed and signed application form

After this interview process, if the candidate meets our high standard we then enroll them on our robust induction. This covers all aspects of working for Freedom; our policies, procedures and contract of employment. At this point staff are issued with photographic ID and our corporate uniform.

All Freedom Staff are employed and have contracts of employment, this translates that they all adhere to our policies procedures and terms and conditions at all times. All staff are also covered by our comprehensive employers liability insurance.
